Must Have Paranormal Romance Books

1.Between A Rock and A Haunted Place By- Mandy Roth

So I don’t usually go for short stories with psychic romance vibes, but the title and cover of this one got my attention! Six stories are set in two small-town locations one in Louisiana and the other in Maine, two places on my bucket list. Landing this work on my TBR list! 

Overall the stories seem to center around fated soul mates and supernatural high jinx. Many of the reviews refer to this work as cozy along with ample humor and overall a fun read all the way around. So away we go on a paranormal romance adventure! 

2.Hollow Heathens By- Nicole Fiorina

This is a series of gothic romance if you’re on the hunt for something along this trope. Our main character long lost relative is the town weirdo and mortician, need I say more? While a little on the older side, this was released in 2020, I view this as a bonus. The whole series is out, no waiting on finding out what happens next with this one! 

Overall everyone who’s had the pleasure of diving into this one has nothing but wonderful things to say about it! A modern-day Romeo and Juliet meets gothic mystery, magic, and witch covens. Sounds like a winner to me. 

3.Bitten By Death By- Holly Roberds 

Another series that screams if you like things that bite you read here! Further, review and it’s the Vegas Immortals, Vampires. I smell a vampire humorous fantasy romance delight on my hands. 

So our main character is a new vamp with no memory and being chased by Death himself. All on the Vegas strip, oh and he owns the fanciest hotel on the strip. Sure I’ll bite, haha. It’s nice to dive into a paranormal werewolves and shifters romance series with some humor for a change now and then!  

4.Witches of Moonshyne Manor By-  Bianca Marais 

So it’s got the word moonshine, although spelled differently, in the title. I live in moonshine country y’all, so yeah gotta read it. Add in it’s been called the Practical Magic of our age, uh duh, take my money already would ya. A witch rom-com with golden girls vibes, YES PLEASE! 

Humorous, loving, and uplifting, a coven of women fighting to save their home all the while creating and stirring up drama, love, and heartbreak. My favorite description is golden girls meet practical magic. 

5.Court Of Thorns & Roses By- Sarah J Maas

Well, it’s an editor young adult pick on Amazon, so it’s gotta be decent. So we’ve got magical wolves, faeries, and scary creatures. Sounds good so far. Sexy, violent, suspense with some fairy tale vibes thrown in. 

This is a series so if you’re looking for something that’s got some legs on it and will provide you with a good set of works to read. This is a wonderful choice. Hits of folklore and fantasy romance, what could go wrong? 

6.Touch Of Darkness By- Scarlett St. Clair 

I have a soft spot for mythology re-tellings. Tell me it’s Hades and Persephone, and I gotta read it. So our lady of spring is killing all her flowers and trying to hide as a mortal. The king of the underworld is the gambling king now. 

This is a slow burn romance so if you’re looking for something similar to Neon Gods this isn’t 100% what you’re seeking. Spicy, but not make you blush in public spicy if you get my drift ;). 

7. Moon Touched By- Elizabeth Briggs

So this is part of a series called Zodiac Wolves. As someone raised by an astrologer, I get a big kick out of zodiac romances when they are done properly. The author has grouped the wolf packs by zodiac sign, this working is the Cancer pack vs. Leo pack. A lot of crying and primping if this follows typical zodiac signs but we’ll see. Based on the description I could see this having enemies to lovers vibes FOR SURE.

Werewolf and shifter romance will always get a chance in my TBR. Overall everyone who’s reviewed it says it’s a nice read, not overly complicated, fun, sexy, and a plain old good time. Works for me! 

8. Nightshade By-Keri Lake

The cover art is on point with this one. Cupid scorned vibes, how is it a dark paranormal gothic romance, sounds like a fun time to me! The description feels like a female Van Helsing falls for a fallen angel. Intriguing to say the least. Throw in the forbidden romance vibes and reviews that talk about the creep factor built into the settings. Hell, Yes I say!

This series takes us through ancient world historical romance, paranormal angel romance, and gothic touches. Sounds like a good way to spend a dark and quiet evening to me!  

9. Dead Man Talking By- Jana DeLeon

So the covers on this series is what grabbed my eye first. Then I noticed there are seven books in this cozy ghost mysteries series and each book is kind of a stand alone as it follows a new couple. Factor in book one is about a weather witch, her un-normal aunt and ghosts. Hells ya!

Add in old love rekindled when Zoe comes back to town and Dane comes sniffing around. Yes please! So with that being said this fun, quirky and magical ride through Everlasting will have you smiling and fanning yourself.
